Hi Everyone.

Energy!

“Energy is neither created nor   destroyed” **************

********************“ENERGY…. Is neither Created ,,,,, NOR … destroyed”

***********But its converted from one  form to another.

(one of the few times my favorite subjects in College ofHeat Transfer, thermodynamics, Mechanical Vibrations, Electrical  engineering,,, seems to help make sense)

We are all born with a certain level of energy,

Each person, each living creature, stationary substance, each object around us has a certain frequency of vibration  and an Energy Level ,,,, Kinetic, Potential energy, Heat Energy,,,,

How and what we use the Energy we  have,, is a choice we continuously making.

At Toastmaster.

Watching speaker after speaker make  amazing speeches,,,, the one thing that stood out to me is their Energy  Projection.

Don’t remember much of what  they spoke, I remember a few words and few quotes here  and there,

but the one thing that stood out  to make me remember them was their Energy.

The more I watched and tried to  analyze the speeches and speakers, the more I am  convinced, that its all about Converting our INNER Energy.

Public Speaking,,, Most of us are scared and nervous

Maybe because we are doing if  for the 1^st time,

or scared that we are going to be under  observation and judged harshly by others.

or , maybe our own insecurities…

The Quivering VOICE, the UN-controllable shake  of our limbs, thoughts racing 100,000 miles an hour…..wooo phew!.,,,,

then the first few words come out ...and  are uttered… 

IFffff….

. …If we could at that moment  pause, look around and take in the stares of people looking at  us… we can feel that energy radiating from them, good– bad – neutral…,,,Energy…. 

Its like all  their conflicting energy is flowing towards us….

Maybe

Just maybe,,, not been used to that onslaught  of Energy, our own energy tries to hide…. 

Resulting in the all too  familiar  tongue tied syndrome….

That.. 

... that’s where I think  seasoned speakers with PRACTICE… 

learn and master the art of  Feeding,, Controlling and Projecting the Energies.

Now switching to another Dear subject to all : LOVE…. Love energy…

I think …..When  one  really falls in love,  one falls in love with the Energy-Vibrations of the other person. 

And  when there is matching  energy  it results in Resonance and an  amplification of Energy,, 

aka,, the Highs  of falling in LOVE

what  we choose to be dazzled by... plays a part in finding the harmonious  matching personal energy.

All  the bling, the glitter, the show,,,,,, does not last long. Because if  there is mis-match  of personal energy,  there is soon bound to be un-happiness.

Energy  is neither created nor destroyed,  its just converted from one form to another.

Many  a times we have the power to choose what we convert the energy we are  born with …. so cheers to  finding  that harmonious matching  energy and amplifying  the RESONANCE of our Energy match up.

During  the course of our  lives we all get attracted to people who seem to have a tons  of energy in the things they do.

Most  of the times we end up falling and having a crush on people who seem  to speak with a higher energy, 

we kind of feel inspired by their talk or  something that they do. 

I  see many people seem to fall  for singers and a few for inspiring speakers. 

But Singers  get the most love thou...

After  my Ice-Breaker speech,, A whole speech of about 6 mins ,,, 

 people choose  to remember many things,

butthe one that stood  out  was about the lil dance move I did…. 

Because I guess when the happy  dancing energy came out, people felt it and I guess it caught  their attention  and probably in a way it inspired  them.

…. But its converted from one  form to another.

So  heres to us all,, for, choosing  to Learn, Practice  and Improve our Public Speaking skills….

the  ART  of  Feeding, Controlling,  Projecting  and Spreading the “Happiness Energy” 

……..and  inspiring  people  around us with …GOODness  Energy.

Sunday, after a hectic and tiring Saturday working from home for the project.. phew 12 hrs 5am to 5 pm...

Not having the energy to go out in the evening, fell asleep watching some stand up comedians and their dirty talk.. chris rock.. and another.

The whole week was intrigued how Amma the hugging saint made the big time Congress men of US to end up with tears in their eyes, just by hugging them... video below.. I am still wondering what caused them to cry or maybe better term was, to end up  with tears in their eyes.

On friday night met Michl at salsa, even she said that she was in tears when she was sitting in the Queue before the darshan. But did not feel anything during the hug.

Jul 14 2013 Shashwatha and self-less Volunteering

Last sunday on July 7 went towards down town DC to visit the hugging saint / guru Amritha Amma. Thought that there would be some Traditional Malu food and maybe I could Volunteer in the kitchen and socialize with some other Malus from the north of Kerala.

Ended up meeting a few very good and inspiring souls from Austria, France, Israel, US.,, and a surprising  Argentinian Doctor of Indian Origin, going to go for her first job as a Gynecologist

It was  surprising how sincerely dedicated they were at what they Volunteered to work for. The most surprising factor was knowing that they paid and pay for their trip and other accommodation and travel expenses.

Shashwatha,,, thats the name of the Gal (French National) who inspired me last week at the Volunteering I did in the Kitchen for 16hrs. 
Bless her soul and her inspiring energy, thoughts, words and self-less actions.

Loved the Idlies she made, went there specifically the second day on Monday evening to get it. Missed out on the Appams,,, got sold out.

It was very heart warming listening to the Shashwatha talk about god with in oneself and feeling her pure energy. Told her that I am inspired by her and her self less actions.

Life : Is all about been good, doing good, been inspired to do good and inspiring others around us to do good..... 
So cheers to Goodness and Spreading Goodness around

ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) is nothing but a bunch of Power Drunk punks, out to harass the law abiding public.

And worst of all yesterday night (Jun-28-2013) I had the surprise of seeing them invade a decent family restaurant, Picante in Chantilly, VA.

 Bunch of them all wearing Bullet proof vest, carrying guns and the works came into the restaurant were some families were having Dinner and there was a Salsa dancing class of probably 10 couples going on at the other side of the restaurant.
They then went on to harass the wonderful owner of the restaurant.
All the show of POWER for what?
Like it was some kind of Communist Police state!!??

Just Because a couple of the ABC's Power Drunk, Reason-Retarded, Quarter-brained Red-Neck Bully mentality - officers wanted to get a kick out of harassing harmless people?????

Hope someone picks up this info and make them accountable for their actions.

Its disgusting to see law abiding citizens and business establishments been treated worse than terror suspects.

Even my family have had people working in the law enforcement, but never seen openly idiotic mis-use of power. Thats pure Power Drunk at work 101 and disrespect of Liberty.

The ABC of Virginia are like the Taliban" of the area.

The maturity of a civilization / group / Ethnic / Religion / Country of people depends on the amount of open discussions and dialogues they HAVE or are allowed to have and are Open to hearing out differing opinions, minority concerns and above all been tolerant towards the acceptance of a peaceful resolution. - Vino

When one opens up to learning a New LANGUAGE, one opens up to learning a whole New CULTURE.
So the amazing discovery starts into the world of sounds, words, multiple interpretations of words, cultural comparisons ......and above all a better understanding of the world around us. With a higher probability of it leading to stronger friendships and tolerance between people.
So cheers to learning new languages and opening up our mind(S)

Was thinking about the past few days,,

the whole idea is not clear enough to explain ....
but its on the lines of a catch phrase its "Real Men Do Not Pay for Sex"... among those crude lines... mostly about educating people about these subject related stuff,, so that we with our powerful Energy, reach,, could start becoming a spokes persons for this subject area.... 

that would help reduce or lower the market that's leading to many a women and children been exploited and forced into that market, mostly stemming from the DEMAND. Hit the demand in every way and direction as possible and we could probably see many a lives changed or saved.... what do you think..

The term worlds oldest profession is a cheap glorification or label given my self serving people. ITs actually worlds oldest form of exploitation and taking advantage of people who are in unfortunate circumstances.

No self- respecting person would want to sell their body for sex, be open for humiliation and degradation of their soul, mind, body.

Every one is and should be respected for the good in them.

Sometimes circumstance in certain parts of the world, could be environmental, that results in the whole population of a region ending up not having enough good to eat or feed their kids. These are people who should be helped generously, probably relocated to lusher un-used areas of the world, where they could probably start a fresh life with chances of their kids surviving.

But one thing leads to another and people end up taking advantage of others under-privileged situations and exploit them.

Then again back to this subject, the exploiters or middle men are just working on meeting the selfish demands of the even more lazy, crude minded exploiters who think that just because they are in a bit more privileged situation are Powerful enough to take advantage of the under-privileged.
That CURRUPT use of POWER is the most shameful of any Human behavior.
