Signing Lease to Station Square :

get up around 6am and end up chatting with Narayan about our life and its latest happenings.
10:10 leave narayans house head to the Temple again. They have the Ganapathi bathing ritual. Stay there again and mediate for sometime and don't feel like leaving.

Start off from the temple after ordering a take out of Idlly, vada and onion Pakoda.

1:42 was reaching Station Sq to sign up when I get a call from the lady. Anyway end up there and sign give her the employment letter from Cognizant and give her application.

End up getting $100 lesser than thought as she wavied the Amenities fee and gives me the rent that we talked about on the first visit. 1150 and two month free for 14 month lease. So it turned out to be just about 1200 more per year or $100/month compared to the older apt. (the older apt is available only from may 1st and that means 3 weeks of Hotel stay and car rental amounting to about $1800).
