Woke up after a very long sleep, skipped salsa at Reef, maybe next Tuesday.

Feeling much more awake after a great nights sleep. Sleep and recharge the body and mind. As they are connected. Everything is connected.

Walk into work around 7:30am with a Big smile (ear to ear) and greeting people right in the parking lot, opening doors for pretty ladies. hmmmmm

Around 11am there was a fire alarm and every one had to rush out. Only to be told that this is a fire drill.

Talked with AV in San francisco. he is at home now that he is not able to travel every week. Waiting for a new opening around the bay area.
He wanted to go thru the SAP with me. but I am kind of not in any state of mind to take in SAP. Maybe after the Euro trip. God only knows if I will have a job when I come back after the trip.

well just have to be prepared of the worst case scenario.

then had a talk with anil v in texas. nothing much other than they had heavy rains there the day before.

Got back home to sleep a bit before heading off to Wed night Salsa. was not in any mood to wake up, laziness seems to take over. So in the end just went to sleep with out having any dinner. That is becoming so much or has already become so much of a way of living for me. No more dinners. just lunch. And I gained 10 pounds the past 2 weeks.
