Back from NJ after a brief attempt at painting nar's house.
and as usualy great food that brought out the usual greediness in me and I went shamelessly gobble, gobble.
got back to base around 5pm... sun set.

rush to get things done, completed and to get some gift for nar. For all the support he and his family gave me and helped me with.
off to wal mart and then to nj, got to be back early tomorrow to see if I can get the last of packing done.

Reached venkata temple around 2 got out by 3 , took some pongal and tamrind rice for nar and family
presented his daughter with a puppy doll and nar with the drill set.
Latter got my cloths to wash and did the laundry in the basement.

called up a potential vendor of cog to see if they could move my stuff out by 29th. have to wait out the weekend.

Thanks giving day.
initiated the re loc.
Finished with the bking of flght, htl, car.
working on pking.
evening around 6pm drive out and on a crazy thought drive to wal mart and find it open. was surprised to see people there.
Enter in to find out that they are starting the thanks giving sale by 10pm and 12 midnight.
walk around and see the lines of people queuing up for the video consols and TVs. wow. my first time ever to see all these in 11 years of living in the Americas.
Slowly see the piles of Gujjus and many other indians making game plans to get out the max benifit. families spliting up and standing in different queues. wow. And then was surprised to see people speaking Araby also there with their families and kids. along with latin americans who did not seem much organized and calculating as the indians were.
Got to see cops come in to try and control the crowd where a waffle maker was been sold for $2. Was wondering have all the gujjus who eat dal rice and roti started eating waffles and syrup after coming to US or were they planning on becoming waffle eater? hahaha that would be funny. Or maybe they are going to use it to make chappathis or dosas.
Anyways non of them were listening the cops shouting and it was like a scene out of india at the ration shop where every one is crowding in and the strongest gets to make it to the top and grab the tool.
Hanging around there I end up buying 3 wrangler jeans for $30 and 3 levi staruss T-shirts. and then also brought containers 30 piece for $7 and 26 piece for $7.... could not resist the deals. After 11 years I succumbed to the mad rush of Thanks giving discount shopping .

Waiting for the news from the meeting between nim and mrk.
updated sri in blr about the info, looks like san (the wanna be) already got to him before me.

If only few people realized and were able to control it. But like a few people said, it could be a result of chemical imbalance in their physical body. Some can be cured or kept in check by artificial medicines. But again in some its because of all the anger they developed during their childhood, towards their siblings, towards their parents who neglected them and choose career over parenting.
Meditation is one way to go, helps one learn to calm oneself down, lower the Blood pressure and control the heart rate.
Reading about Buddhism and understanding the philosophical concepts and meaning as applicable to ones own life could help a lot. Especially when the anger is related to our Ego and understanding the effects of our blown up ego, thats constantly seeking attention and approval.

Accountability is the word thats striking me every time I am now on facebook. More because of my nephews and niece listing me as their uncle on facebook friends. These future Engineers and Doctors are now turning out to be a big pressure on me on face book. The pressure of living upto the role model they maybe looking upto.
For sometime I was feeling nice to have them on as facebook friends. But now feeling overly self conscious and not able to put up things and subjects that maybe "x" rated or something that I usually express easily with no sense of been accountable.
Was thinking about my life and the gals in my life. Looks like I have a tendency to chase away people. More like testing to see if they are strong material for a life long partnership. And it did not take much to find that out. Lucky me in many ways, that I was able to weed out the superficial and shallow ones.
Been married to them would have only made my life a living hell every day.
The unfortunate and sad part for them, they never really got to know and experience the full and real me, who is the nicest, the most romantic, loyal, sincere, honest, willing to cross the 7 seas for the one who would earn my love with her own self-less, loving and giving attitude of love towards me.....

Spend the day helping nar rake the leaves around his house and assembling the blower. Another lesson learnt.
met some of his other friends from work.
Had a great mutton curry and fried rice with fish curry at his house.
