Old Gen, Middle Gen, New Gen ,,,, the evoloving saga of emotions, needs, desires, entitlement, confidence, diginity and respect

Old Gen, Middle Gen, New Gen ,,,, the evoloving saga of emotions, needs, desires, entitlement, confidence, diginity and respect 

 

*Older gen :* Ethical , less opportunites, had to put up with narcistic dis-respectful bosses and employers, supperessed diginity, parents did not allow them much luxury of free will and choices. Low Confidence. Dependent on Family property or trade for survival, due to lack of external opportunites. So had to stay in line as per the wishes or dictates of the Head of their Family. So they let out their frustrations by taking to mocking others and putting down others to feel better about themselves, and for entertainment. In present day terms, they just were filled with negativity.

 

*Middle gen (Currently getting older and retirement age) :* Did not have to put up with the hardships of the older gen, more feeling of diginity , entitlement and self respect, more opportunites, confidence bordering arrogance, for having achieved and doing what their parents could not do, complaining about new generations and their lack of respect towards older gen, always looking for ways to get rich quick, falling prey to get rich quick schemes, not interested in real hard physical work, always trying to pass on accountabilty to others, over indulgence in fast food and drinks, start of cell phone culture, getting to see more of the worlds enormous diverse information and exploring possibilities, wanting their kids to have the Worlds Best, yet sticking to and wanting their kids to be near parents.

Complaing that their kids seem to have got all their bad habits, laziness, and character (kids immitate their parents, they do not listen to the parents).

Many suffering from Midlife – Crises, having affairs with yournger people after they reach age of 40, 50 and 60, trying to live like they are still in their 20s .

 

*New Gen (in school, college, getting into work / business: * Immitating their parents superficiality and taking it further, stuck on cell phones, seldom out playing physically. When they DEMAND pampering and indulgence, not able to take NO from parents and teacher. Over confident, Overly Entitled, disrespectful, not tolerating any push back and disrespect. Aware of their rights and demanding respect, free indulgence, wanting everything handed over to them when they demand, very low interest in working HARD work or doing Physical work.
Do not be surprised with Robots doing all the physical work soon,  
and AI (Artificial Intelligence softwares) doing all the logical thinking, reasearch and providing solutions.
