Got chating with sweta around 7am from home.
via the office network. got to work around 11:30am after having brunch.
did not feel that good going there in the afternoon.
was there for the kt for mat. went and had a talk with aji about matts expectations and that I am not here to teach him my skill and knowledge, thats something the management has to decide and help him acquire.
And especially given the way he was rude and the arrogant way he behaved towards me in the beginning. I don't feel any sense of sympathy towards him.
aprised aji about him wanting the granular level of coding information during the KT again.

was at work early around 7:30 to catch sweta before she left. briefed her about what happened the day before and how we resolved the issue for the mocpop.
The saw the mails from tony who seemed to be talking in flowery words about my handling the situation.
Had lunch at work. tried to go thru some of the e-learning docs but seemed to pop up with some kind of errors. got to try it at home.

got to work early and was trying to localzie the issue and think that its because of the event that is been sent to siebel from avaya. new code by funy-denny.
around noon sent out a mail to the avay team and they wanted to see what was happening.
again took some time to convince them, who seemed to have an attitude of wanting to blame us for the mis-happening. after showing them the various other behavior, they decided to contact funnny-denny and on the 4pm conf call aprised him.
Around 5 we got to test it after his fix applied. Phew glad that this was over with the blame on them.

Dec 07, getting life in order

woke up early and did some stretching and stomach crunches..
need to loose the accumulating stomach fat. Its been building up for lack of exercise, which is cause of lack of motivation, which compounded by the cold weather, ,,,,,
Anyways got organizing the cloths from the dryer, had been there for about 2 weeks. Again laziness or the inclination to put it off. Glad that I don't have TV.
Got the heating and electricity bill, its taken a 100 percent jump,, from about $50 to $100 all because of the heating issues.
And the real cold has not started yet. ;(((
got to get cracking on the management certification and the new technology... great opportunity that I should not miss. Have to motivate myself and incorporate more self discipline.
got to work by 7:35am and saw that sweta @ bangalore ofshore was offline for about 30 mins. guess must have taken off from work early. Got in early to give her an update on the go live and the tele call button.
