got to work early and was trying to localzie the issue and think that its because of the event that is been sent to siebel from avaya. new code by funy-denny.
around noon sent out a mail to the avay team and they wanted to see what was happening.
again took some time to convince them, who seemed to have an attitude of wanting to blame us for the mis-happening. after showing them the various other behavior, they decided to contact funnny-denny and on the 4pm conf call aprised him.
Around 5 we got to test it after his fix applied. Phew glad that this was over with the blame on them.
