woke up around 6 trying to mentally prepare myself for the hot yoga classes.. the hare ram gal would not be teaching today as she would off to the farm for some spiritual retreat. hmmm miss her sweet smile and sincere ,,, well sincerity...:)... it is touching and seems so full of pure innocence.
so trying to figure out which class to take,, and could feel the heat in my apt. I am sweating too. wonder how it will be there ,, and also have to drive for about 37 miles to reach the yoga class.. and since I already paid for it last week.. kind of using that as a motivation too.
had black tea with honey and lime,,, in that order.

Its end of the working month and first half of the year.
had gone to sleep around 2am after a bit of salsa.
Woke up around 5am to thunder and lightening.. seems to be happening pretty close. cause could hear the thunder with in the second of the lightening.. and speed of sound been about ""the speed of sound is 343.2 metres per second (1,126 ft/s). This is 1,236 kilometres per hour (768 mph), or about one kilometer in three seconds or approximately one mile in five seconds."" (source wikipedia).
was scary a bit and then also thought,,,,, well who can control the end. :) felt at peace but still rattled with every lightening and thunder.
then got out to work around 7:45 and heard on the news that some areas are not going to have any electricity.. wooo that means no Air conditioning and its summer temperatures.
got home around from work and passed out watching the germany italy football game. woke up around 10 40 and moved from the couch to the bed room.

Jun 28 2012, biriyani and salsa

got out of the house to work around 7:30am, got out of work around 8pm.. headed straight to the salsa place. but before that got some lamb biriyani... yummm
got a few good connections and dances. especially one merengue with a new lovely lady.
there was a wonderful connection with a russian gal, with dark curly hairs.. but then she refused to dance the merengue and I got turned off by her fully after that.
ahh what snob,, only salsa snobs think that they are too good to dance the merengue.

was yesterdays predictions, and woo what a day,
started of with the intention of going to meditation and then some hot yoga.
ended up meeting and talking with the instructor at the yoga and she guides me to the iskcon... end up in the evening chanting hare rama, hare krishna,, rama - rama hare-hare.
when the chanting , (kirthan) was going on, was reminded of the evening sun-set time prayers and chanting I used to have with cousins. And almost got tears to my eyes,,,
The chanting was intense and mesmerizing.
Early in the morning gave my guju neighbor a container full of chicken curry. hope they liked it. The biriyani from them was awesome and mind blowing.

Off for hiking after having marinated the chicken.

Now, this square finally becomes exact for the first time on June 24, kicking off a four-year reign of turmoil!...............
Lets see what happens around the world in the next 4 years... will we turn into believers of Astrology,,,, :)))) remains to be seen,,,, and another good thing, we have something to blame for any screw ups ;) cheers

Was looking at ways to improve my downwards sliding mood. gave a search on yoga and saw that philly has a bik yoga. got to make it happen during the weekend, along with the meditation as they are co incidently on the same street. :) .,,, cheers nature has a funny way of aligning things.

Was dreaming of the awesome biriyani that my Gujju neighbor gave me yesterday. Was wondering how do I pay them back, so packed the 4 laddus from the Venkateshwara temple and gave it the Dad of the house when he was entering.
It was touching, but at the same time, afraid to make a connection as I will be moving away soon and did not want any kind of heart ache when moving away. thats the most painful part.
