Hard getting out of bed in the morning...
Got working on scanning and uploading them. Had a tough time with the uploads as only one page was getting shown. Atleast I do not have to fax them.
have to wait for the Am ex records to update in the expense sheet and submit it all... my own expense came to around 2600 that is not including the moving of household stuff and car.
Its like I am having a paid vacation into the south of US. Just that its a bit cold outside, but its gorgeous when the skies are not cloudy.
Spend the evening watching the planes take of in 2's and 3's, like a massive coordinated orchestra in the sky. with about 7 run ways this must easily be the biggest airport.
Want to go out running,, again motivation is the culprit.
Sent out resume, got to see if anything will work out. if it does, its again back to the north east.
like it here in this area, things are cheaper and people are much more nicer and sweeter.

Dec 20 2011, 1st night spend in my own bed

Woke up relaxed to a great extend, courtesy to my comfy bed.
had earlier passed out on the couch.
now to get things done. it was great fixing a few things, gave me a bit more of optimism.
Then started calling up people for putting my resume up for the global database of the company.
raj and bos did not pick up the phone (as expected) so left a msg.
Wish the timing was better, if I am to be out of the company, thats ok too. But want to stay on and build up a career. lets see as the stars forecast, Dec 22 a day to keep my eyes open for. Liked this company as they took care of all the moving aspects so far and were very professional and organized.
much better than been at the mercy of some persons mood swings and attitude.
well now to go cracking on the DMV for my license.

Dec 19 2011, car registeration

Got up around 6:30,, had a night mare and remember waking up shouting a few hrs ago.
Was ready to get out by 8am. reached my apartment by 9:30. was waiting for the cable guy to come and start up my connection.
around 12 Called up the call center and got to tatiyana again asked her about the appointment, and she was all about the 8 hrs window and that they could come in, basically my whole day would be wasted. yew
but by 12:30 that person came in and set it up.
Around 2 pm head out towards Ft wrth to the county tax office where they issue the registration for the car. handed over my title and was told to expect the new one in the mail. around $190 for the registeration.
got back to the car to find that I had left the lights on and the battery died on me. damm..
so around 3:30 call up triple A . then with the rain falling like crazy, decided to use the glue pen to fix some of the loose hanging things in the car. It suddenly started changing, everything seems to fall in place, on an instinct, tried to start the car and it started too... wowowoooo its always like that, when things start happening positive, even the negative miraculously gets converted to positive. cheers
So head back home.. and the rain turns into a storm.. good god. it was tough driving in that kind of traffic and weather.
Got back home and found that the lady living below was standing out... she introduced herself and told me that her house got burglarized. She was living there for 5 years and this was the 1st time something like that happened.
poor ladies computer and few other stuff got stolen. :(
A lady cop came in to check and then left.
I got back home and cooked up an omlet and had it with tortilas... basically chapatis.

Dec 18 2011, Checking out of Candlewood suits

Woke up around 7 but only got out of bed about 8ish.
Don't feel like leaving this cozy place. 2 weeks here and I am hooked to this life. like a vacation in a warm place and hotel.
Great location, great staff, ahhh make me feel at home.
aww but have to move to the aprtment and my new home. And hopefully find a new project soon. That is kind of weighing in heavily on my thoughts now.
But first to get cracking on the Drivers license and car registration.
maybe head to anls home in the afternoon.
Hasta la vista Candle wood and the peaceful times.
new apt here i come..... time to load up the love of my life my sweet, shinny and absolutely faithful car.... to think about it, has been traveling all over US and Canada with me, on adventures all across, the relationship has been way beyond anyone could ask for.
Cheers to many more glorious years and adventures good times :)

then we watched movies and a few drinks of vodka from maldova.

Dec 17 2011 ,, another salsa nite

Woke up to the sounds of siren from passing fire trucks.. must be one hell of a fire or r they going to the airport.
woo,, again don't remember much of yesterday , just the gist of dancing really close with a hotie from columbia. hmmm she sure has beautiful eyes.
too drunk to remember much of it.
Anl who had much more drinks than me and in no mood to dance wanted to hit the bed by 1am . So dropped him off at the hotel room and was back.
Don't remember much of what happened after that. but was talking with a couple of gals, vaugely remember images of their faces and the conversation.
now to head to the apt and wait for the movers.
DAmm I thought that I had put in things that I did yesterday,, not appearing now... ahhhh
got ready to head out around 9am to the apt was there when the truck with my stuff pulls up. Good timing, get them into the apt, they were done by around 10am and let them out of the gate... nice security with gates.
Get back to the room and Anl wakes up. we just try to re-cap what happened last night, then take anl to the apt and show what I have and then around 12:30 head out to the indian buffet.... great Upma, along with dosa, idly,, all breakfast stuff and then goat curry was ummmy too.
Drop anl off at the hotel to pick up the car.
get back to my room around 2:30 and pass out, wake up around 6:30pm... still with a huge hang over.
talk to anl for some time about planning on going to the celar for more drinking and dancing.. but kind of don't seem to have the energy to go.
get txt msg from mty about going to azr, closer to her place. about 20 plus miles for me of driving in unfamiliar roads of Dalls.
Get back to the apt to try and unpack the kitchen stuff and after some time was feeling nauseated and heavy in the head and head spinning. Then realized that it was also the effect of the perfume that rubbed off on my first dance last night wth the Columbian gal. too strong perfume ...
So head back to the hotel and try to sleep.
See the missed call and message from mrty saying she is heading to Azr... oh god, wish I could have gone and it was kind of in between anls house and my place.
Better luck to me next time. :(

oooohhh still feeling the high of alcohol and awesome dancing with Mrty, she made me feel as thou I am in salsa heaven. Followed so beautifully. wow.
Even Raf from Vancouv was blown away by her.
This place had a much better crowd and younger and much better quality than at the holidy in close by.

Dec 15 2011 , New Apt.

Got to the office of the new apt around 9am and had a few more papers to sign and was given the key and the auto gate opener.
was watching the news and was a bit taken aback to see the Violence reported on the road in Arlington, following the accident. Good god, I had just passed by that place yesterday, no wonder there was traffic jam.
Got to see on the news today The guy who had a accident had 2 kids in the back seat. then when people went over to help him, he shot and killed one of them. now thats another lesson for me to be careful with helping people.
Rain seems to have screwed up the whole place, they have very wide roads here and people seem to drive recklessly, changing lanes without any indication, tailgating.
Got to finish with washing my cloths in the hotel laundry for free that was a good thing in this hotel to have a laundry.
around 11am Called the number I had of the truck driver in the morning to know, looks like thats the number of the office. So asked them to call back. Then again called back to see about the eta arounc 2:40.... the person I was talking to was surprised that the driver did not call me. said he would let me know soon.
Thunder storms and with a clear view of the Texas skyline was able to seem some amazing lightning show by nature.
was intrigued when I heard from someone, that when people start choosing LOVE over other superficial things and other dreams, that means that they have grown and matured and have become more courageous to settle down.
More like giving up lifes dreams and other wants for LOVE forever. :) hmmm its a good mushy thought.
well got a call from the driver guy and he asks me to call up Debbie. Call her up and she been the person who sounded like someone on perpetual offense, accused me of not sending across the address. wow... so much for been in customer service. Atleast she was kind enough to send out the mail with the address to the warehouse before she left for the evening at 5pm est.
okk now to see if I can get to Salsa @ lolitas.
