Well nothing like the confusion that come about when you are told that you are needed on a job to manage and achieve x,y,z and then when you reach the place of work of about to reach the place of work, get to know that someone else who is supposed to be working at helping you do "z" is of the opinion that he is been recruited to "x,y,z"..... and he has never done "z" always had some other person do "z" more had managed people doing "z".
Still no info from client on possible start dates.
just got msg from rj about it been followed up, got call from sre from bglr, seems to also in the same un-certain stage.
then sent out msg to kri about the contact on his team to help me do 'z',, get sant but seems was traveling. send out a mail and then latter get a call... and thats when I get to know about the "z" guys thoughts are "x,y,z".... hmmmm

Nov 14 2011 Another week

Another hectic week of non stop classes for further development for 6 days....... will not be able to go out to dance or socialize as the classes are online in the evening. But should be worth it to learn more and improve self and have to the tools to improve life of self and others.
Just got to know of a cousins,,, cousin working in same company, initially had got mixed up with the names, turns out to be cousin sisters husbands family.
initially was assuming that it was my cousin who is the Doctors relations or something.
Was Looking at the pic taken of me and sa, she looks so beautiful. sweet as hell and great to dance with. Compatibility. It was funny to see her stop for a break as I thought that she had more stamina.
Well when adrenaline kicks in, it makes you into a superman.
opened the window to get a wiff of aroma, the smell of dry-damp leaf, freshly mixed with the air blowing in. Smelled like home.

Lied, cheated and Betrayed its just dis speakable.
The feeling of been stabbed in the back for your only sin and mistake of trusting someone with your heart. :'(

Its funny to see the reaction of some people even after getting caught in their maze of lies and deceit.
Not a word of remorse or "sorry I lied because.....".
But rather following it up with more lies and deceit.
They choose to try to become "Smarter at Lying than becoming sincere and NOT lie".

Nov 13 2011, lazy day with grey clouds

Woke up from sleep around 7 but got out of bed only around 9am.
Had coffee and have a slight hang over from drinking lots of beer yesterday night. Stomach still feels full with the loads of Lamb curry in coconut gravy that I cooked.. ahhhh my best tasting lamb curry so far.
yummmmm
Face book is getting crowded with many more cousins joining in. Its a great way to connect with the rest of the family that I seldom get to see.
The funny part, all the new generation cousins who are doing their graduation are all studying Engineering or Medical. Its like no one is interested in the other faculties. Or they all have very high IQ thats required for an Engineer or Doc.
And also the fact that it is commonly considered that people who are not into Engineering or Doc are Dumb and of low intellectual level.
I am a bit inclined to believe that, thou many of the older cousins did Masters in other subjects, they usually topped their classes and universities. So there is something in the Gene or DNA in the family thats helping with the higher than average IQ.
Another responsibility on facebook now, have to be careful what I write and put up, as its also going to be seen by some impressionable little ones in the family.
Want to be a good role model for them to look up too. :)

My whole apt is stinking with the lamb curry I made yesterday with ground coconut, dry fried and then ground mint leaf. wowooooo the aroma.
Made part of the meat dry instead of curry and had it with Carona beer... yuuummmm
,,,,, woke up to the phone call from nar, who was going to Va, so now I don't have to go to New jersey to help him with the work on his house.
don't feel like going for the hike either, maybe I will just chill with a couple of malayalam movies and then maybe visit costco for sampling food.
Still feel on a high after the rock-star like performance on wed at the salsa place. wooo its addictive. No wonder so many people love to be the center of attention. Oh crap ,,, its nothing but a load of superficiality, that is a world that comes crashing down soon because of its shallowness.
Gald I am able to be grounded and don't like to be lost in the world of performance and performers.

working on planning the packing, move and all other logistics. not sure if I may be needed to extend my stay here for a few days or what I need to do.
Hoping to post this at 11:11 am
yeaa,, made it,,, with some trial and error. hmm another thing learnt .
Trying to get more info about the reloc to dls. so far only got to know the one person that I am working with...
will be a new kind of feeling trying to manage people and project in the US in an officially designated way as Senior Manager.
Now I have to behave more responsibly, with more sense of accountability, watch what I am saying, be more conscious of my manners, body language, be a role model who would inspire and motivate others to do better and bring out the best in them.

Full moon, woke up around 9 and got to see the mail with the go ahead for the move to dals.. eyaaaa Txs here I come.
called up sri in Bangalore as he would be working with me. Need to get to know the other guy who was recruited.
sent out mails to the act team so that I can get working on the other logistics...
4:00pmmm and dammm again project start put on hold cause of long weekend. kind of feeling jittery about the whole business.

End ed up going to mix for salsa.. wow it started with about 20 ladies and 3 guys.... Felt like in heaven with all the ladies coming over and asking to dance, even the girl I was afraid to ask , because she looked so pretty, came over and asked me to dance twice.... woww what a night.

Wokeup with a bit of struggle to get out of bed. Motivation, what do I do with a tempting offer that I turned down will all expense paid, just so that I can continue with the current company with the hope of a bit of stability.
Having to have to wait for the green signal for the job in dals, not sure how that will turn out. My bonous for this year is surely screwed as I did not bill enough to even make my productivity. which has gone and is sliding down much below 50.
All this economic uncertainity caused by the lazy sloths in European Union. Who just want to drink, get drunk and party. How long did they think all the stolen wealth would last? Once you run out of liquid assets, it either liquidate the non-liquid ones or face bankruptcy, and if you have not positioned yourself for the future, then you are doomed to be screwed. Anarchy and lawlessness to follow soon. The beauty of greece and italy lost in its quest for superficial , short term pleasures.
