Called up bos, but so far did not get any response to msgs left. So I guess he is avoiding me and its the final days at cog for me. 2 more weeks to go.
saw vneu on the office communicator, pinged him and asked him about the possiblity of opening in India, but was told that they are having a lul there. And latter nag confirmed that many are sitting on the bench.
So looks like the job scenario is really bad all around
Send out my 1st resume, got back an mail asking about details, sent the reply with a question, never got any reply back.
got to finish the estmating activity and resourse. passed the online test. 82%.
Good going, need to work on sales force. after going out for a bit and be back for the evening, so no salsa tonite as I did not complete 3 .... got to get moving on this ASAP and build up more momentum and then will able to update my resume with another feather.

Woke up early with renewed determination to get things done on the online course,
.
called up the lab and gave them the insurance details. that was easier than doing it on the web.
The apt inspector from the county came by to check the fire alarms.
around 2:33 finished the definin and sequencing
Then stepped out to go to costco. the streets were cloged with traffic. ufff.
Made it thru the little streets and had a chat with venk. was talking about Qatar and how the average house hold income there were 3 times more than US. No wonder people working there are able to come back to kerala with truck loads of cash and buy up the properties.
The US may also collapse economically soon. its just a question of time. They are all living on credit. That is money belonging to someone else. Its like a Giant Ponzi scam.
Yet the only place in the world, where you can succeed if you have the energy to work and creativity to appeal to the market.
Does not matter who your parents and family is or your background. All depending on your enterprising spirit and risk taking ability.
The land of self made millionaires.
unlike the Lazy Europeans who love to enjoy and lazy around from all the stolen wealth from the colonies.
The greeks, the italians, the spanish, the ultra lazy Czechs, the crazy irish, the portuguese, the drunk Eastern europeans..... all lazy retarded people who only love to waste time doing frivolous things and think that things pay for itself.
And then they go on to blame the gypsies for doing the same things.

Wonder what italian bomb gulia is doing. last time she sent me a card from germany. maybe will try to convince her to make the move to Qatar.
Returned back from costco and had chicken samosas and mini chicken patties from costco. they were surprisingly good.
talked a bit with anil and chatted with a comcast rep to help log me in.
latter watched kama sutra on the free movies on comcast.
now to finish the estimating, resources and duration.... . need inspiration to complete all these courses. 10 down,,,,18 more to go.
went for a walk and a little jog in the cold.

woke up to the news of Greece defaulting and boy oh boy, the finacial market tanked.
So set up my agenda to only go salsa dancing as reward if I can finish 2 of the Time management chapter.
its now 7:30pm and still have not started.
Frustrating as it is, and to top it all, its cold 40degF and this apartment having central heat from the apt management, they are only required to switch it on a particular date as per the direction of the government.
missing my old apt, had all the wonderful facilities and it costed like wise.

got up early and we started working on the flooring and then went to home depot to return the rented equipments. then got biriyani from the hotel and after having that went to newark airport drop off viki. whos flight got re-routed via denver.
Its already sub-zero in the north where he is , sioux city.

Loyalty, was thinking about peoples relationship and why some people seem to have committed relationships compared to the others.
LOYALTY.
Loyalty is faithfulness or a devotion to a person, country, group, or cause and not giving up at the signs of trouble.
Loyalty is what keeps families together under dire circumstances of natures tests.
For loyalty to flourish or grow, Inputs are Parents, Culture (like Indians), Heritage, surrounding, friends who think like wise are few.
Depth of these feelings or revelation of this trait in character is more profound when there is sincerity in a person. When a person is more sincere, they show more depth. When a person is not sincere, they are usually very shallow and fickle minded. Which in turn makes them drift from one relationship to another and are never stable nor reliable.
Which again brings out the statement, loose character ed person or person of very loose character and moral.
LOYALTY, so is said to be a noble trait.
Now I got to drive about 70 plus miles to help out Nar to Help him do the floors of his new house, have to find something nice to gift him on his house warming that happened on Thursday.
hmmmmm racking my brain for that. grrrrr ,, aaahh,, oooohh,,, eee aaaa,,, hehahahaaha. nice to start of the day with laughter.
Again I wonder how many of the people in the western world would feel the sense of loyalty to go help a frined with work on laying out the wooden floor by traveling 75+75 miles == 150 miles about 200kms on a weekend.?
Guess thats where we get to know the basic difference in behavior between people of different cultures.
People with no sense of Loyalty often do not even love of like their own culture or hardly know anything about their own heritage and are always looking at the grass on the other side of the river which seems to be glowing green.

Woke up still on a high from yesterdays. Had a few good dances and good connections. It was nice when asked to dance the bachata and was able to dance a very sensual dance. Was surprised when she came back and asked me again to dance 2 more times and then she kissing me in her excitment and happiness. Wow, that was the first time been so sweetly kissed by a stranger, whos name I am not able to remember.
It was also nice meeting a pretty greek girl. chri stin.
She kind of lives a bit far off. So did not feel like asking her her number, looked like she was disappointed, the way she seemed sad leaving. aawwww, what ever.

Had fasted overnight and had to go to give blood for checkup, as they missed out on my calcium check.
Then tried to go to a Optometrist, but was given a date for oct 6. bummer.

I am not glad that he called it off. because today, Sep 26th Monday, my whole body is aching and in pain.
got call from broker to sell of my stock as value dropped. good god again loosing all my saving. Hope the dumb lazy arses in Europe could get their act together. The stock market is crashing. Europeans are the laziest bums in the whole of the world, their only objective as shown by past history is to go to other countries and steal from them. Right now they seem to be partially run out of the stolen wealth from the colonies.
As expected, people with very low moral values.
Soon they will be overtaken by the Indians and Chinese people. I hope so.
Only saving grace is the smartness of the German people.

Got to the new house in the morning and got working on nailing the planks to the floor. good god, it is such a exhausting and tiring work. And some level of complication because we missed out on laying the final slots at the beginning. It was like trying to solve a gig-saw puzzle. What feeling after having solved the puzzle. I was motivated to go for the next room too.
But nara seemed to have been exhausted too, he was working on it for the past one week.

went back again to the house to clean up and remove the remaining stapled stuff of the ground, good god, huge living rooms and 5 bed rooms.
In the afternoon we watched a bit of video on how to do the flooring and then went to home depot and got a few rental equipment. Nailer guns, motor, motor saws, glasses
Then we got down to arranging the planks.

Evening went to Nars new house, took 2 hrs in the rain.
worked a bit on cleaning up that place and moving the wooden planks into the house. Heavy stuff. just had to wait for the gap in the rain.

Went to Phoenix vill for salsa, met a intersting lady who looked like Indian, but from brazil. And she was so happy to meet a indian guy. :)
